• Game Progress: Scores, levels reached, achievements, and in-game settings are stored locally on your device and may be synced via Firebase if you choose to sign in.
• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics and internal tools to collect anonymized data about how our apps are used (e.g., game sessions, feature usage) to help us improve the experience.
• AI Data (for Golf Caddy): Video and image processing for swing analysis is handled locally on-device. We do not store or transmit your raw video recordings to our servers without your explicit consent.
• Device Information: Basic device details such as OS version, device model, and performance logs for monitoring app stability.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality (e.g., leaderboards in Yacht-Zee).
• Improve the user experience and fix technical bugs.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback (for AI tools like Golf Caddy).
• Enable competitive features and rewards.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may collect their own data according to their policies:

• Google Play Services / Apple Game Center (for leaderboards and achievements)
• Firebase (for analytics and cloud storage)
• Google Mobile Ads (for displaying in-game advertisements where applicable)

4. Data Retention

Your game data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to sync it with a cloud service. You can delete your local data at any time by clearing the app's cache or uninstalling the app. Cloud-synced data can be deleted upon request.

SquidStudios apps are designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
